  • Our pre-arrival digital forms and client intake system lets your clients AND staff spend less time on scheduling and registration.
  • Our end-to-end client on-boarding solutions improves and optimizes your waiting room, starting before the client's arrival and continues after they leave.
  • We will create electronic versions of all of your forms and docs. If you don't have forms, you can use our pre-made templates.
  • Forms can be put on your website or easily sent to clients via email or text. You can even use QR codes to get the right form to the right person, both in-office and remotely. The correct form or packet can also be sent automatically when using the Lobbie appointment scheduling functionality.
  • Clients confidentially and efficiently answer questions about their clinical history and health risks, at their own pace and from anywhere they choose (home, work, their car, etc), instead of rushing through forms in your office or slowing down the patient queue.
