Once we completely stopped calling and messaging patients to book appointments our booking rates skyrocketed and our revenue doubled. To date I’ve opened and scaled four Med Spas in just three years, and our booking process is fully automated.

A few years ago, I was doing what most Med Spa owners do, I was manually booking patients.
